Vihara Head Spa – Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Vihara, each appointment is a dedicated, reserved experience designed to honour both your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the highest level of care to every guest, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy.
Deposits & Prepaid Services
All bookings are secured with either a deposit or full prepayment. This confirms your reserved time and allows us to prepare your experience in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled on the day, or with insufficient notice, will be treated as a no-show. All prepaid services will be forfeited, and deposits are non-refundable.
Illness Policy
We kindly ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are unwell.
If you are unable to attend due to illness, our cancellation policy still applies as we are unable to refill appointments at short notice.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time to ensure we remain on schedule for all guests. Full service fees will still apply.
Gift Vouchers & Memberships
All bookings made using gift vouchers or memberships are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy.
Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 3 years, but forfeited if used to secure a missed appointment.
